Sterlington PLLC is seeking an experienced People & Learning & Development leader to build and own attorney development programs. You will create feedback cadences, develop learning initiatives, and foster a strong sense of community among associates.

Collaborate with partners and firm leadership to tailor your approach and drive engagement across the Americas. Ideal candidates have a legal or attorney-development background, strong coaching experience, and a data-driven mindset.

• Legal background in a law firm or legal tech environment preferred.
• Ability to prioritize in ambiguous situations and drive results.
• Strong design skills for adult learning and program development.
• Proven coaching and mentoring experience with direct reports.
