You will design feedback cadences, programs, and community touchpoints to turn associates into long-term, fully utilized members. You’ll collaborate with firm leadership and own end-to-end L&D initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in attorney development within a law firm or legal tech.
• Judgment over tenure; ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong L&D program design grounded in adult learning theory.
• Coaching and mentoring experience; previous people management.
• Working knowledge of US employment law.
• Data-driven with utilization and performance metrics.
• Excellent English communication.
• Americas time zone overlap (ET preferred).
• Resilient, direct, transparent; comfortable with ambiguity; tech-savvy.
