The Epta Group is seeking a Collections Specialist in Rosario, Argentina to manage invoicing, credit control, and receivables while maintaining strong client relationships. The role supports accurate financial records and timely payments.

Responsabilidades

• Knowledge in invoicing.
• Collect payments from customers while maintaining positive relationships.
• Execute credit control activities and monitor customer payment behaviour.
• Monitor overdue receivables via aging reports to identify past-due balances.
• Manage client portals.
• Review uncleared items to identify discrepancies and resolve balances.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts.
• Create and present collections reports to management.
• Contact clients by phone/email to notify delays and request payment.
