Gates Corporation is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk in Rosario, Argentina to manage invoice processing and voucher preparation with accuracy. You will engage with the purchasing team to resolve invoicing issues and ensure timely payments, while delivering high-quality service to suppliers.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of AP experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration, and strong English proficiency, plus SAP and Excel skills to support daily workflows.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administrative field.
• English proficiency at a professional level.
• Knowledge and experience with SAP system.
• Excel skills and high accuracy in data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Review, process and enter Accounts Payable invoices in a timely manner.
• Maintain and prepare vouchers for all processes and record invoices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electronic invoicing.
• Collaborate with purchasing to resolve invoicing issues for timely payments.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external suppliers.
• Act as backup for other Accounts Payable duties as assigned.
