Job summary

Tires Easy is hiring a Data & Analytics Manager for a remote, USD-paid role serving universities and nonprofit partners. You will transform complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights, building dashboards and influencing decisions.

You’ll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to improve reporting systems and drive data-driven marketing strategies at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics or marketing data
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead reporting
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate
• Analytical, organized, and collaborative mindset
• Excellent communication and teamwork in fast-paced agencies

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams
