Halter is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across higher education and nonprofit partners. This position is fully remote in the LATAM region and pays in USD, based on experience and scope.

You’ll build dashboards, analyze marketing and CRM data, monitor campaigns, and support data accuracy across platforms. Collaborate with teams and external partners to turn data into actionable decisions that improve outcomes.

Competenze

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.
