Alignerr Corp. is hiring a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role serving LATAM universities and nonprofit partners. You will lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across campaigns and CRM data to drive smarter decisions and higher impact.

Work closely with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership to build dashboards, monitor trends, ensure data accuracy, and support growth through data-driven recommendations in a fast-paced agency environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboards, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
