Huzzle is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with hands-on experience in workflow automation and AI/LLM integrations. This role bridges technical execution and business strategy, leading projects that leverage n8n, Zapier, and AI platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude.

You will manage end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives, coordinating with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, in-scope projects aligned with business objectives.

Formación

• 3+ years in Technical Project Manager or similar
• Experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make)
• Hands-on with LLMs and AI tools (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude)
• Strong API and system architecture knowledge
• Experience managing remote technical teams
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Background in SaaS, AI startups, or automation environments
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow design
• Basic coding knowledge (Python, JavaScript)
• Experience with CRM systems and data pipelines

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage technical projects focused on automation and AI implementation
• Design and oversee workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms
• Coordinate the integration of LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) into business processes
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to define project scope and deliverables
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth project execution
• Optimize workflows and processes for scalability and efficiency
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates
