Outlier is building a structured remote program for LatAm's software engineers to help train AI models. As a QA Coder, you will review AI-generated code, flag errors, and rate model responses using clear guidelines.

You will also write CS questions and contribute to improving code generation. The role is freelance (1099) and pays up to $34 USD per hour, with additional incentive opportunities. Applicants from Argentina and other LatAm countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear computer science prompts to challenge AI models.
