Outlier is seeking QA Coders to audit AI-generated code and rate model responses, contributing to the training of AI systems. You will review code, flag issues, and draft precise prompts to push code-generation capabilities.

This is a flexible, remote freelance opportunity across eligible Latin American countries and other regions, with competitive hourly pay and incentives. Participants earn up to $34 USD/hr, plus potential incentives based on project needs and performance.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve output.
