Muttdata is looking for a process consultant to join their Operational AI transformation unit, HABIT. You will co-facilitate workshops with clients to map processes and document operations accurately.

This role requires 3-5 years of consulting experience, along with fluency in both Spanish and English. Moreover, as part of the job, you’ll work with AI agents to optimize operational processes across the region, including Argentina and other Latin American countries.

Formación

• 3–5 years in process consulting, operations, or digital transformation.
• Ability to map complex operational processes.
• Experience facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Co-facilitate diagnostic workshops with clients.
• Lead process mapping and build business cases.
• Document client processes with engineering-level precision.
• Design AI agent blueprints for each project.
