Globant is seeking an AI Engineer in Argentina to help clients build advanced AI systems and digital experiences. You will work on agent-based architectures, tool orchestration, and planning/execution loops to deliver personalized, scalable AI-driven solutions.

The role emphasizes integration patterns, governance, and observability, with cloud-native deployment and security best practices. English fluency is a must as you collaborate with global partners.

Formación

• Fluent English is required.
• Experience with agent-based AI architectures and multi-agent systems.
• Knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with OpenAPI 3.1 and observability practices.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and related tooling.
• Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and scalable deployments.
• Awareness of security, data boundaries and policy controls.

What will help you succeed:

• Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
• Agentic AI architecture: single-/multi-agent patterns, tool orchestration, planning/execution loops, episodic - long-term memory, retrieval, policy/guardrails
• Multi-agent workflow design: task decomposition and coordination (broadcast, hub-and-spoke, supervisor/worker), conflict resolution, shared memory, evaluation harnesses
• Integration patterns: function calling/skills catalogs, event-driven flows, APIs/services, RAG pipelines, vector stores, streaming, observability
• Standards: OpenAPI 3.1, MCP, A2A
• Microsoft Azure AI Foundry experience: Foundry models: Fit for purpose model selection, cost trimming Agent Service: defining agents, tools/functions, grounding, memory, and policies; planning and tool-selection strategies Agent Framework/SDK: extending agents with custom capabilities, connectors, and safety controls; provenance and governance Hosted Agents: packaging, versioning, deployment, and scale-out; authentication/authorization, rate limiting; role/config management; integration with M365 and line-of-business apps Observability: tracing (invocations, token usage), metrics and evaluations (offline/online), Application Insights/Open Telemetry, guardrail logging. Hosting & operations: Kubernetes or serverless, CI/CD, rollback/version pinning, cost/performance tuning, reliability engineering Security & compliance: OAuth2/OIDC, secrets management, data boundaries, content filters, PII handling.
