Qualifications

• Proven track record of designing or owning technical curricula for AI/ML fellowships or equivalent programs.
• Hands-on AI/ML experience in industry or research.
• Strong content development, slide creation, and project design skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the fellowship syllabus, including learning objectives, sequencing, and module integration to deliver practical skills.
• Oversee content design team for slides, exercises, projects, and supporting materials; ensure alignment with AI industry practices and hiring demand.
• Set and maintain quality standards across all learning materials and experiences; review learner outcomes and feedback to drive curriculum improvements.
• Source and calibrate instructors from Anyone AI’s network; interview candidates and ensure delivery meets curriculum standards.
• Act as the internal reference for high-quality AI education; collaborate with operations to ensure logistics support the learning experience.
