Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Software Engineering, or Data Science.
• Proven expertise in AI-powered systems using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and LangChain.
• Strong experience integrating LLM APIs and cloud services like AWS.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production-grade AI applications using Python and LangChain.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines to improve model accuracy with external data.
• Integrate and optimize LLM APIs and vector databases for reasoning and semantic search.
• Architect scalable data processing to ingest content for AI/ML workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategy and automation opportunities.
• Monitor and refine model performance for reliability, safety, and efficiency.
