Pearster is hiring an AI Engineer for a 100% remote role. You will design, build, and implement AI-powered solutions that address real business challenges and create meaningful impact.

You will lead with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and AI agents, integrating platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS, or Azure. Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, production-ready results.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building AI-powered solutions.
• Hands-on with Generative AI and LLMs in production.
• Experience integrating APIs and backend services.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered solutions using Generative AI and LLMs.
• Design and deploy AI-powered applications and services.
• Develop AI agents, APIs, and intelligent workflows.
• Work with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Integrate AI models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS, or Azure.
• Produce prototypes and POCPs, move to production where possible.
• Evaluate accuracy, performance, and cost; optimize accordingly.
• Collaborate with Eng, Product, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, security, and monitoring.
