Pearster is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions in a fully remote role. You will work with Generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent automation to transform ideas into production-ready applications.

Responsibilities include building AI workflows, integrating AI agents and APIs, and ensuring model accuracy, security, and scalability while collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience on public cloud infra.
• 2+ years in cloud deployment pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• 2+ years developing Agentic models using RAG and vector databases.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
• Strong Python programming skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop generative AI workflows leveraging RAG, vectors, and LLM APIs.
• Automate cloud configuration baselines and remediation with AI.
• Generate Terraform modules and Rego policies for CI/CD.
• Collaborate with distributed teams across product and engineering.
