Pearster is seeking an AI Engineer to design and implement generative AI-powered workflows, focusing on automating cloud configuration baselines and remediation. You will collaborate with globally distributed teams to scale AI across cloud platforms.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of software engineering on cloud infra, 2+ years with IaC and AI agentic models using RAG. This is a 100% remote role with USD-based compensation for international teams.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering on public cloud infrastructure.
• 2+ years deploying cloud pipelines and IaC.
• 2+ years developing Agentic models using RAG and vector databases.
• Ability to partner with globally distributed engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• AI Acceleration: implement generative AI workflows with RAG, vector databases, and LLM APIs to automate cloud baselines.
• Cloud Security Automation: AI-enabled drift detection, discovery, and remediation.
• Policy & IaC: generate/validate Terraform modules, Rego policies, and Regula test cases for CI/CD.
