Nepse Trading is a remote product studio building MVPs and custom software for startups and other clients. You will join the team working on a live product, with server-side work from Azure SQL up through the API and UI in React/TypeScript.

AI coding tools guide specs, tests and migrations, and you will review every diff before merges. You report to studio leadership and collaborate with the lead developer and product manager.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building full-stack web applications and releasing them to production.
• Experience working in a codebase you didn't write, learning its conventions before changing it.
• Hands-on work on workflow software with multiple user roles, approvals, queues or state machines and an audit log or versioned history.
• React, TypeScript and SQL on Azure, including schema design and migrations.
• Daily use of Cursor, Claude Code or similar AI coding tools on production work with tests and CI behind it.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Experience delivering in fixed-scope sprints with branches, code review and feature flags.

Responsabilités

• Join the team building workflow software for a live product with new features.
• Work on server side from SQL database on Azure up through the API and build React/TypeScript screens.
• Review AI-generated changes and decide what merges, guiding the team.
• Collaborate with leadership, lead developer and product manager to meet sprint acceptance criteria.
• Deliver four to five features per two-week sprint and own an area end to end.
