Outlier is hiring QA Coders to audit AI-generated code and rate model responses. You’ll implement structured guidelines, identify errors, and craft clear prompts to challenge models, all from a remote LATAM setup.

Earn up to $34 USD/hr with additional incentives based on project needs and performance. This is a freelance 1099 contract with flexible hours and onboarding through a short multi-step process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or higher.
• Experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve outputs.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts to challenge AI models and push coding capabilities.
