Outlier is seeking a QA Coder to help train AI models by reviewing code generated by AI systems and providing structured feedback. You will rate model responses and craft clear prompts to push the models’ coding capabilities.

This is a freelance, 1099 role with flexible, remote work options across Latin America. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in CS, have production-codebase experience, and communicate effectively in English with keen attention to grammar and clarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or higher is required.
• Experience reviewing AI-generated code and providing structured feedback.
• Fluency in written and spoken English with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy and following instructions.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts to challenge AI models.
