Qualifications

• Must be naturally curious and able to evaluate response quality objectively.
• Strong written communicator who can articulate observations clearly and concisely.
• Comfortable working with chat-based tools and digital platforms.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
• No prior AI, tech, or research experience required.

Responsibilities

• Hold conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics — from everyday queries to complex, nuanced scenarios
• Rate AI responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
• Identify problems such as factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistencies, or potential bias
• Design creative and challenging prompts to stress-test AI behavior and surface edge cases
• Document your findings clearly using structured feedback forms and rating rubrics
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
