Alignerr is seeking Content Reviewers for an AI Training program. This remote, hourly contracting role offers flexible hours and a chance to influence the quality of AI-generated content across diverse topics.

You will read, evaluate, and provide actionable feedback on text quality, tone, and accuracy, working independently on a schedule that fits your life. No prior AI moderation experience is required.

Qualifications

• Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow evaluation guidelines consistently.
• Comfortable assessing content across a broad variety of subjects.
• Self-motivated and reliable — you take ownership of your work.
• No prior experience in AI or content moderation required.

Responsibilities

• Read and evaluate AI-generated text for clarity, accuracy, tone, and quality
• Flag content that is misleading, inappropriate, or below quality standards
• Provide structured, actionable feedback using rating scales and written notes
• Work across a diverse range of topics including news, science, culture, and everyday life
• Complete task-based assignments independently and on your own schedule
