Job summary

Alignerr is seeking sharp, detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated outputs across text, images, and data. This fully remote, hourly contract lets you work around your schedule while contributing to model improvement.

No prior AI experience required; if you can read critically and think analytically, you’re qualified. You’ll rate outputs, document actionable feedback, and collaborate across topics with autonomy and potential extensions for strong performers.

Qualifications

• Keen eye for detail and analytical mindset.
• Strong reading comprehension and the ability to evaluate written content critically.
• Clear, concise written English communication.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working with structured guidelines and rating systems.
• No prior experience in AI, machine learning, or data science required.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses across text, image, and structured data formats for accuracy, relevance, and quality.
• Rate outputs using clear, structured rubrics and evaluation guidelines.
• Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, and areas where AI responses fall short.
• Document detailed, actionable feedback to guide model improvement.
• Work across a diverse range of topics and content types.
• Complete assignments independently on your own schedule.
