Alignerr is seeking AI Chatbot Testers to engage with cutting-edge AI systems, probe their limits, and provide human feedback that makes these systems smarter, safer, and more genuinely helpful. This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract — open to anyone with sharp critical thinking and a knack for clear communication.

No technical background required. Hold conversations with AI chatbots, rate responses, identify issues, design stressful prompts, and document findings while working

Qualifications

• Must be naturally curious and able to evaluate response quality objectively.
• Strong written communicator who can articulate observations clearly and concisely.
• Comfortable working with chat-based tools and digital platforms.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
• No prior AI, tech, or research experience required.

Responsabilités

• Hold conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics — from everyday queries to complex, nuanced scenarios
• Rate AI responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
• Identify problems such as factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistencies, or potential bias
• Design creative and challenging prompts to stress-test AI behavior and surface edge cases
• Document your findings clearly using structured feedback forms and rating rubrics
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

What You’ll Do

• Hold conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics — from everyday queries to complex, nuanced scenarios
• Rate AI responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
• Identify problems such as factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistencies, or potential bias
