WarriorBabe is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to independently identify, build, and own AI agents and automations that empower our teams. You’ll work with leaders to translate needs into practical, reliable solutions using n8n, Claude, OpenAI, Python, and JavaScript.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with production automations, integration work, and a strong communication style for documenting progress and decisions. This is a fully remote role with overlap in Eastern Time.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to independently design and own complex production automations.
• Hands-on experience building production workflows and troubleshooting.
• Practical experience with Claude, OpenAI, GLM or similar models.

Responsibilities

• Find and own automation opportunities by partnering with department leaders.
• Design, build, test, and improve AI agents and workflows across teams.
• Ensure production reliability with monitoring, logging, and clear documentation.
