Job summary

Bamboo Works is seeking a Senior AI Automation Engineer to design and deliver sophisticated automation and AI-powered business solutions for enterprises across the DACH market. You will own end-to-end automation projects, integrate AI technologies, and develop custom code when off-the-shelf tools fall short.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on automation engineering experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain complex automation workflows using n8n, Make.com, and Zapier.
• Develop end-to-end integrations across applications, APIs, databases, CRMs, and AI models.
• Build and optimize HubSpot CRM automations (contacts, deals, pipelines, properties, workflows).
• Develop AI-powered solutions and agents for sales, research, and customer support.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of systems.
