Prolific is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across universities and nonprofit partners. The role focuses on transforming complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and better campaign results.

You’ll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and support data-driven marketing decisions.

Competenze

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.
