SOUTHWORKS is a rapidly growing global software development company with a remote-first policy. The Administrative Controller will report to the Controller and support budget, financial reporting, accounting and bank reconciliations, purchases, accounts payable and internal processes.

Ideal candidates are graduates in business administration or accountants, fluent in English, proficient with Power BI and Microsoft Excel, and comfortable working autonomously in a 100% remote setting.

Formación

• Graduates in business administration or accountants who have finished their degree
• Fluent in English and able to use technical language
• Knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Excel

Responsabilidades

• Create management reports and have previous experience in management control of a company.
• Issuing accounting and management reports and monitoring dashboards.
• Accompanying the Controller in all administrative processes.
• Carrying out general administrative tasks (Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounting Reconciliations, Bank Reconciliations).
• Preparation of payment orders.
• Support in the preparation of the monthly forecast.
• Invoicing and collection follow-ups.
