Job summary

Crucialpoint, a digital marketing agency, seeks a hands-on account manager to own client accounts end-to-end. You’ll craft brand messaging in Claude, manage SEO, social, and paid media, and build Claude workflows to scale the team.

You’ll guide multi-location accounts and ensure trust through polished client updates. You’ll join as a fully remote contractor, working US Central hours with some flexibility for other time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience at an agency or independent practice.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure, or launching sites.
• Near-native English for client calls and written updates.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts, get site and channels live within two weeks.
• Write brand messaging and updates, drafted in Claude and edited by you.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on with proper ad-structuring.
• Structure multi-location accounts so location data is clear and comparable.
• Create Claude workflows to scale repeated tasks for the team.
