You will advise on legal structuring of financial products, draft customer-facing documents, and manage regulatory applications, corporate structuring, and intragroup agreements in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of PQE.
• Excellent academic and professional credentials.
• Proven experience advising on local financial regulations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain composure and make sound decisions under pressure or with incomplete information.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Advise on legal structuring of new and existing financial products.
