Bet365 is seeking a Legal and Regulatory Counsel to advise on complex legal matters and ensure operations comply with high standards of integrity. The role focuses on regulatory frameworks, licensing, and governance across international operations, including support for an upcoming Buenos Aires City office.

You will work with regional stakeholders to provide practical guidance on commercial matters and help drive growth in regulated markets while maintaining proactive engagement with regulators

Formación

• Commercial legal background gained at a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Advanced English and fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Ability to resolve complex legal and commercial challenges with sound judgment.
• Proactive, highly motivated with a desire to learn and develop.
• Attention to detail with solid commercial solutions; team-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
• Review and advise on marketing promotions and advertisements for consumer law compliance.
• Monitor regulatory developments and liaise with regulators and government officials.
• Advise on regulatory matters and assist with filings and submissions to government agencies.
• Complete license applications and coordinate documentation across state agencies.
• Provide day-to-day commercial legal guidance to the business.
