Papa John’s International is seeking a Regional Manager, Technology to lead regional vendor performance and align technology with business needs across local markets. The role drives issue resolution and represents regional priorities to central teams to support effective delivery.

You will partner with regional leadership to identify growth opportunities through technology, translate technical concepts for business impact, and shape the global product roadmap with a strong commercial mindset.

Formación

• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
• Certification in vendor management, ITIL, or project management.
• Proven experience managing technology vendors, partners, or key supplier relationships.
• Strategic business partner experience with non-technical teams (franchisees, Commercial, Marketing).
• Operational or commercial experience in LATAM, EMEA, or APAC.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day relationships with local and regional technology vendors and track performance against SLAs.
• Partner with regional leadership to identify opportunities to apply vendor technology for growth.
• Triage and resolve regional issues by coordinating with markets and central Product/Development teams.
