D Prime is a globally recognized online broker seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead regional sales across Forex, CFDs, and Financial Services. You will build and coach high‑performing teams, drive revenue growth, and expand profitable client portfolios in competitive markets.

This role requires strategic leadership, strong negotiation and relationship skills, CRM and forecasting proficiency, and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Formación

• Proven experience in senior Sales role within Forex, CFDs, or Financial Services.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in CRM, forecasting, and sales analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and drive solution-based sales and account management across designated territories.
• Develop, execute, and own annual sales plans aligned with company revenue and growth targets.
• Build, maintain, and grow profitable client portfolios in line with the company’s strategy.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline updates, and reporting via CRM.
• Monitor sales performance, manage sales conversion, and consistently drive revenue growth.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
• Represent the company at industry events.
• Build strong client relationships to enhance retention and lifetime value.
• Continuously assess sales effectiveness, costs, and results to optimize performance.
