You will build and manage high-performing teams, drive revenue growth, and expand profitable client portfolios across markets. The role requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation, and CRM-driven forecasting within a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Formación

• Senior sales experience in Forex/CFDs/financial services.
• Proven leadership in building and guiding sales teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
• Experience with CRM, forecasting, and sales analytics.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willing to travel for events and client meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and drive solution-based sales and account management across designated territories.
• Develop, execute, and own annual sales plans aligned with company revenue and growth targets.
• Build, maintain, and grow profitable client portfolios in line with the company’s strategy.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline updates, and CRM reporting.
• Monitor sales performance, manage sales conversion, and drive revenue growth.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor sales teams to achieve targets.
• Represent the company at industry events.
• Build strong client relationships to enhance retention and lifetime value.
• Continuously assess sales effectiveness, costs, and results to optimize performance.
