Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Regional Partner for the Argentina/Mexico region with a strong HR focus and remote work flexibility. The role collaborates with People Business Partners to align country-level strategies with global objectives and ensure compliant employment practices across multiple countries in the region.

Responsibilities include leadership in talent management, recruitment, employee relations, and change management, plus developing regional programs to boost engagement

Formación

• Knowledge across recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent and performance management
• Training and development, and employment compliance/legal issues
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Advise, formulate and deliver people strategies for the region and countries to enable the delivery of business unit goals
• Identify and advise on labor market issues and ensure compliance with employment practices
• Partner with leaders to drive change management and talent management aligned with organizational objectives
• Support recruiters and managers in acquiring talent and managing performance across multiple countries
• Develop programs and policies to enhance engagement and productivity in the region
