Beeline Medicines, a clinical-stage biotechnology company, is seeking a Clinical Engagement Lead for Argentina/Chile. You will build and manage investigator relationships, lead site identification and feasibility, and partner with Medical Affairs to optimize clinical trial execution in a broad LATAM geography.

The role requires extensive travel (50%+), deep knowledge of immunology/inflammation, and strong field intelligence reporting to Clinical Development and Medical Affairs teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; MS/MPH preferred.
• 8+ years in clinical development or field-based engagement.
• Experience managing investigator relationships and site activation.
• Immunology/inflammation experience preferred.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Willingness to travel 50%+ of time, including overnight stays.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a portfolio of investigator and clinical site relationships in the I&I space.
• Lead site identification and feasibility activities for trials; assess sites and recommend activation.
• Serve as primary liaison to regional investigators; support protocol discussions and training.
• Support enrollment and retention at region/country sites; identify challenges and implement solutions.
• Communicate regional clinical landscape intelligence to Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs MSLs to align scientific engagement activities.
