Jampp is seeking a Growth Lead to steer the regional performance strategy, mentor a team of Growth Analysts, and work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to drive measurable growth in mobile advertising.

You will lead experimentation, optimize campaigns, and translate insights into scalable product feedback while coordinating with regional teams across language and geographies. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years in performance advertising/AdTech/growth with hands-on ownership of campaign strategy, optimization and results.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring analysts, setting priorities and coaching.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools to investigate performance issues and guide troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience using MMP data to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
• Familiarity with CPA and ROAS metrics and optimization factors.
• Experience designing experiments and translating results into scalable recommendations.
• Ability to connect business needs with Product priorities and provide structured feedback.
• Clear communication across Product, Customer Success, Sales and Tech.
• Advanced English and Spanish or Portuguese for collaboration.
• Hands-on leadership, judgement, and balance of strategy and execution.
• Ambitious self-starter with continuous learning.
• Collaborative teammate with strong attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Own Growth’s region performance strategy and regional priorities.
• Lead and develop a team of Growth Analysts and guide results.
• Stay close to campaign execution and manage strategic accounts when needed.
• Monitor performance using SQL, BI tools, and campaign data to identify risks and causes.
• Bridge business needs with Product priorities and provide actionable feedback.
• Define and prioritize A/B experiments across audiences and creatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve Growth’s processes, reporting, and automation.
