DEPT® in Argentina seeks a Group Director, Data Analytics to lead and grow its LATAM Analytics practice, partnering with the U.S. organization. You will hire, mentor, and guide a high-performing team, ensuring delivery excellence and shaping the regional analytics footprint.

The role requires extensive leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on analytics expertise across marketing, data science, and BI, with fluency in English and Spanish to coordinate across time zones.

Formación

• 12+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or BI with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Demonstrated experience building or scaling an analytics practice within a global organization.
• Proven track record applying analytics to marketing, digital experiences, and customer lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Regional leadership for LATAM Analytics practice, owning team performance and culture.
• Build and scale the Buenos Aires analytics team from ground up.
• Define and execute analytics strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation to improve client outcomes.
• Apply predictive analytics, ML, and attribution modeling to boost ROI.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with US Analytics leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Develop a culture of curiosity, rigor, and continuous improvement.
• Drive R&D into AI-driven analytics and automated insights.
