Werben HR is seeking an experienced payments/treasury engineer to design and build the settlement, reconciliation, and treasury management layer that bridges on-chain stablecoin operations with traditional financial infrastructure. The role requires deep expertise in cross-border money movement and strong API integration across custody, banking, and compliance systems.

• Deep understanding of cross-border money movement — settlement, FX, correspondent banking.
• Experience with stablecoin or digital asset operations — mint/burn flows, reserve management, or tokenized payments.
• Strong API integration skills — connecting custody, banking, and compliance systems.
• Familiarity with financial regulatory frameworks (AML/KYC, MiCA, or equivalent).

Must Have
