Jetpacks! is seeking a QA Engineer to enhance testability, code health, infrastructure, performance, and monitoring of the software our client builds.

You will perform manual QA, write automated tests, and help shape test automation, tooling, and measurement frameworks that keep the product stable, scalable, and shipping fast. Join a LatAm team and collaborate with engineers, product managers, UI/UX designers, and customer support to improve product quality, stability, and scalability.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Solid understanding of software development and QA methodologies, CI/CD tools, and processes.
• Experience developing automated tests within the Playwright framework.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Able to troubleshoot issues related to UI design and API calls.

Responsabilidades

• Review requirements, specs, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback.
• Create detailed test plans and test cases.
• Analyze bugs and errors uncovered during testing.
• Document test results for the development team.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, UI/UX designers, and customer support to improve quality.
