Capgemini Engineering in Buenos Aires is seeking a highly skilled Python Engineer to join our global team, focusing on robust, scalable solutions and data workflows for diverse clients.

You will automate processes, work with geospatial data, integrate with databases and APIs, and contribute to GIS mapping tasks using GeoPandas, Shapely and QGIS, while maintaining data quality and reliability across projects.

Formación

• Experience with Python programming and scripting.
• Strong understanding of database interaction (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with data automation and lightweight UI development.
• Familiarity with geospatial data processing and GIS libraries.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain Python scripts and applications to support business processes.
• Automate manual workflows and design simple UI components where needed.
• Implement data quality checks across datasets.
• Interact with databases for storage and retrieval.
• Perform data extraction/parsing from third-party APIs.
• Utilize Alteryx or similar ETL/data processing tools.
• Support GIS mapping tasks and spatial data workflows.
