BOLD Business in a remote LATAM setup seeks a Python Automation Engineer who builds AI agent systems that automate sales and recruiting tasks. You will integrate agents with CRM, ATS, and ERP developers, ensuring systems talk to each other and to our agents effectively.

You will pair with a Lead Architect and cross-functional teams to ship production-grade automation, handle errors, and monitor costs. Strong English communication is essential.

Formación

• 3-4+ years of backend, automation, or AI that ran in production.
• Production LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, or similar). Tool calls, rate limits, token burn, and what a failure looks like when it is not a blog post
• Python code with tests and CI you actually run
• REST and webhooks: idempotency, retries, timeouts.
• SQL past SELECT * . Joins, indexes. Postgres is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Build Python agents that behave as a system, not just prompts.
• Wire them to APIs, webhooks, data in/out; avoid duplicate data.
• Collaborate with CRM/ATS/ERP teams; ensure APIs and events work for automation.
• Debug production like a pro; trace failures to tool, payload, or prompt.
• Log decisions, tool calls, and costs; alert early to avoid surprises.
• Sit with users, observe usage, and iterate based on feedback.
