Uptalent.Io is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and implement AI agents and workflow automations. You will integrate AI into business processes and create smart workflows within platforms like monday.com, with a focus on enabling efficient project management for LATAM clients.

The role is remote (LATAM), part-time/contract (4 hours per day), and offers a path to extended hours or full-time opportunities based on performance.

Formación

• Proven experience in creating AI agents (OpenAI, LangChain, RAG or similar).
• Strong workflow automation skills with tools like monday.com, Zapier or Make.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents to support internal and client projects.
• Automate workflows in monday.com and integrate with SaaS tools (Microsoft 365, Slack, etc.).
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes using AI and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Document processes, provide training, and ensure adoption of AI workflows.
• Automate core project management functions (scheduling, cost estimation, budgeting, change orders, resource allocation).
• Streamline document control and meeting minutes with AI-driven workflows.
