Job summary

EY Career Center seeks an Operations Senior Associate to support delivery and excellence of EY Career Center services, including coaching and the Opportunity Marketplace. You will partner with the EYCC operations team to drive process efficiency, maintain data quality, and ensure a high-touch client experience.

You will contribute to critical business operations, support strategic initiatives, and help ensure effective delivery of programs that create value for EY professionals and clients.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of related work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Opportunity Marketplace activity for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Conduct market research for account teams and target clients to identify strategic opportunities.
• Data analysis and research related to EYCC business development and growth strategies.
• Manage end-to-end scheduling, room setup, and catering for EYCC group coaching events.
• Prepare scheduled and recurring report generation and business activity summaries.
• Review and process EYCC client user access requests daily.
• Maintain data integrity across EYCC system and trackers—auditing, cleansing and reconciling data.
• Support Opportunity Marketplace processes, initiatives, efforts, and communications.
• Support deployment and management of EYCC client feedback surveys; consolidate ROI reporting.
