Bluelightconsulting in Argentina is seeking a seasoned Software Project Manager to guide complex development initiatives. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage risks, and ensure delivery against tight external deadlines while maintaining high quality.

This role requires strong stakeholder communication across distributed teams in the US and Latin America, a Bachelor's degree, and certifications such as PMP/CSM/PSM. A collaborative culture and ongoing professional development await.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software project management experience.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with risk and change-control processes.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
• Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree required.
