Bluelight is a leading software consultancy seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead software development initiatives for our US‑LATAM clients. You will oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, manage fixed external deadlines, and ensure on‑time delivery with proper risk and change controls.

You will translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and steward budgets, scope, and vendor dependencies.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
• Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
