You will manage cross-functional teams across HR and IT, collaborating with stakeholders and vendors, delivering projects with Agile methodologies, and ensuring on‑time, on‑budget outcomes.

The candidate will lead enterprise HR transformation initiatives, oversee the implementation of HR technology solutions, and drive process improvements that enhance the employee experience. This role requires expertise in managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with HR and IT stakeholders, and delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
Lead end-to-end HR Digital Transformation projects, from planning through implementation and post-go-live support.
Manage multiple concurrent HR, Talent Management, and HCM initiatives while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Partner with HR, IT, business leaders, and vendors to define project goals, business requirements, and implementation strategies.
Drive Agile project execution by facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and communication strategies.
Manage project governance, status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.
Support enterprise‑wide HR transformation initiatives, including process redesign, automation, and system modernization.
Lead requirements gathering, business process mapping, workflow optimization, and solution validation.
Coordinate system implementation, integration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and production rollout.
Collaborate with Change Management teams to develop communication, training, and user adoption plans.
Monitor project KPIs, budgets, timelines, dependencies, and resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Provide executive‑level project updates and presentations to senior leadership.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Agile and Lean best practices.
