Job summary

Reporting to the Portfolio & Process Lead, you will turn strategy into action, maintain visibility into risks and dependencies, and support executive-ready communications and governance for complex programs in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in project/program management, transformation, or related work.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with attention to detail.
• Experience creating project plans, governance materials, and executive-ready communications.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive execution in complex environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of strategic DiTTO priorities, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables across workstreams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and address them proactively.
• Coordinate governance processes, prepare status reports, and track actions.
• Maintain portfolio-level visibility into health, milestones, and resource needs.
• Support leadership presentations, reviews, and program reporting.
• Facilitate collaboration across business, technology, and transformation teams.
• Lead working sessions and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and execution.
• Communicate priorities, decisions, timelines, and responsibilities clearly.
