Job summary

IQVIA in Buenos Aires is seeking a Coordinate IT projects coordinator to drive low-complexity initiatives from initiation to completion under direct supervision. You'll maintain project plans, financial trackers, documentation and metrics while ensuring collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, updating forecasts, tracking actions, maintaining Confluence pages and project artifacts, and delivering accurate status and reports to the PMO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years’ experience in project coordination or related domain.
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans, budgets, forecasts and metrics.
• Familiarity with IQVIA client-facing applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of Confluence and project management tools.

• Generate monthly metrics and collaborate with the PMO to review, finalize, and distribute reporting
• Manage the scope, costs, risks, status, and deliverables of low-complexity projects under close supervision

What You'll Be Doing

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related domain, or equivalent experience required
• Five (5) years’ experience in project coordination, project management, or related domain required
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans, budget trackers, forecasts, task tickets, metrics, and project documentation
• Knowledge of business-wide applications or IQVIA client-facing applications and products
• Familiarity with Confluence, project management systems, and the Software Development Lifecycle
• Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

• Ability to identify project risks and communicate project status clearly and accurately
• Ability to collaborate with project managers, PMO stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with laboratory work or clinical trials is a plus
