• Knowledge of business-wide applications or IQVIA client-facing applications.
• Familiarity with Confluence, PM systems, and the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be accepted.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Schedule and facilitate project and team meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking follow-up actions
• Coordinate deployment schedules, activities, and priorities across teams
• Monitor project communications and maintain accurate internal trackers, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate training requests, schedule training sessions, and document completed training
• Create and maintain project plans, budget trackers, task tickets, document systems, and Confluence pages
• Prepare financial forecast drafts and update resource models using project plans, study trackers, and project management system reports
• Generate monthly metrics and collaborate with the PMO to review, finalize, and distribute reporting
• Manage the scope, costs, risks, status, and deliverables of low-complexity projects under close supervision

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in science or related domain, or equivalent experience required
• Five (5) years' experience in project coordination, project management, or related domain required
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans, budget trackers, forecasts, task tickets, metrics, and project documentation
• Knowledge of business-wide applications or IQVIA client‑facing applications and products
• Familiarity with Confluence, project management systems, and the Software Development Lifecycle
• Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The Project Manager ensures the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of assigned clinical research projects. The Project Manager I must ensure compliance with the study budget, project scope and timelines and in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs), good clinical practices, regulatory and study‑specific requirements. These tasks are done under close supervision by Senior Project Manager/Program Director and/or Associate Director, Project Management

RESPONSIBILITIES

• May serve as primary contact for the Sponsor, vendors and internal team throughout the study.
• Coordinates tasks and deadlines between the different departments involved in the project.
• Oversees project coordinators, SSU team members, RDA and RAC resources to ensure correct prioritization of site activation activities amongst team members
• Interacts with vendor management to ensure vendor supplies and services are coordinated for with site activation timelines
